In the case of demonstrable defects in workmanship or material, the EQ Cigs guarantee is as follows:
- 12 month warranty: EQ Cig’s products including the USB charger, Premium Kit USB charging cable, wall adapter and rechargeable Premium Package. Warranty 12 calendar months from the date of order and can be repaired or replaced at your sole discretion only once.
- 60-day warranty: EQ Cig’s batteries are consumable and are guaranteed for sixty calendar days from the date of order. Then additional batteries needed or desired can be purchased online at our site. Regular battery replacement is recommended for the best use of EQ Cig’s products.
- Not covered by the warranty: EQ Cigs refill filtre and e-liquid are consumable and are not covered under any warranty.
